No kidding. This is the second time this has happened to me :( I understand it takes ALOT to run one… but dont start it if you dont have the time/drive.

regardless, I’ve lost 25lbs since november and feel amazing :)

Meet Shirley, 10 months ago, she weighed 343 pounds.

After 10 months of serious work out and strict diet (no treatments and surgery), this is how she looks now.

She lost a total of 219 pounds and currently weighs 124 pounds.
